Og som er let at l\u00e6re og sv\u00e6rt at slippe?<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br \/>S\u00e5 kom og v\u00e6r med til PICKLEBALL.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vi spiller hver mandag og onsdag kl. 20.30 &#8211; 22.00 i Hal 1 p\u00e5 Lynge Idr\u00e6tsanl\u00e6g<\/strong>, hvor du er velkommen til bare at m\u00f8de op. Vi har alt det udstyr, du skal bruge, og der er omkl\u00e6dnings- og badefaciliteter i hallen. Husk blot indend\u00f8rs sportssko.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br \/>Pickleball er et sjovt og socialt spil for alle niveauer og aldre. Det er utrolig let at komme i gang<br \/>med at spille, da det er lettere teknisk end andre ketsjerspil, og man f\u00e5r lynhurtigt \u201dfat\u201d i spillet, s\u00e5<br \/>man har masser af sjove, lange dueller, f\u00e5r sved p\u00e5 panden og smil p\u00e5 l\u00e6ben.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pickleball er mere sk\u00e5nsomt for muskler, led og sener end fx klassiske ketcherspil som tennis og badminton.<br \/>Som \u201df\u00f8dt\u201d doublespil med fokus p\u00e5 dueller ved nettet, kr\u00e6ver spillet ogs\u00e5 betydeligt mindre l\u00f8bearbejde<br \/>p\u00e5 banen end i fx tennis og badminton.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pickleball tilpasses nemt den enkeltes kunnen, fysik, kondition og sm\u00e5skavanker. Med andre ord: ALLE KAN<br \/>V\u00c6RE MED\u2026<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pickleball \u2013 der blev opfundet i USA for over 50 \u00e5r siden &#8211; er en ketsjersport, der spilles med en let bold og<br \/>et let bat (kaldes ogs\u00e5 et paddle), og det er langt mindre kravbetonet end tennis og badminton. Det spilles<br \/>p\u00e5 en bane i badmintonst\u00f8rrelse og et net i tennisneth\u00f8jde og bruger elementer fra andre ketsjer\/bat-spil<br \/>som tennis, squash, badminton, padeltennis og bordtennis. Det er udviklet som et doublespil, men man kan<br \/>ogs\u00e5 godt spille single.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pickleball kaldes den hurtigst voksende sport i verden, og der er nu alene i USA t\u00e6t p\u00e5 50 millioner spillere i<br \/>alle aldre. Interessen for pickleball er ogs\u00e5 st\u00e6rkt stigende i Danmark, og nye pickleballhold og -klubber<br \/>blomstrer hastigt frem over hele landet.
