Som TEEN kan der ogs\u00e5 startes med lempelige regler, indtil spillet mestres. For at tr\u00e6ne volleyball har du blot brug for et par indend\u00f8rssko, shorts og T-shirt. Hvis du finder behov, kan du supplere med fx kn\u00e6beskyttere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du kan enten kontakte kontaktpersonen for det hold, du \u00f8nsker at deltage p\u00e5, eller bare m\u00f8de op i hallen og sp\u00f8rge efter tr\u00e6neren. Du er altid velkommen til at komme og pr\u00f8ve en m\u00e5nedstid, f\u00f8r du beslutter dig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er der et hold, du mangler p\u00e5 listen, s\u00e5 kontakt os alligevel. Vi kigger altid efter muligheder for at udvide vores tilbud.
